Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters Will Get a Sequel

Hansel & Gretel was a blunt disappointment at the domestic box office only grossing $55 Million, but overseas the film was a hit earning $151.2 Million. Taking into account that the movie cost approximately $50 Million to make, Paramount Pictures believes it deserves a sequel.

Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters stars Jeremy Renner, Gemma Arterton, Famke Janssen, Peter Stormare, Derek Mears and Thomas Mann. Set 15 years after the eponymous siblings' incident at the gingerbread house, the two are now specialized bounty hunters looking to put down the cackling black-hat set.

At this moment there is no confirmation if Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arteton are returning.
