Twitter is a great source of information. One such example of that is Christofer Sundberg, @CHsundberb, the founder of Avalanche Studios. On Feb 13 we posted the tweets of Sundberg teasing this image;

From the first tease it was just a guess that the title could be Project Mamba, aka Just Cause 3, but from the new image attached to the tweet we're pretty certain that Just Cause 3 will be unveiled at E3 2013. Look for it to be available on PS3, 360, PC, and next gen consoles; maybe even Wii U.
