JANUARY 3, 2013
TweetAn internal security breach at HTC today has resulted in an information leak of 36 codenames for their upcoming smartphones, per Android Authority. According to speculation, this may be HTC's 2013 release list. A few codenames can be identified from earlier press releases, such as Deluxe (HTC Butterfly). Also mentioned in the list is the smartphone codenamed "M7," about which I'll go into further detail about tomorrow.
This is just a leak of codenames used for international reference, and not a description of any of the products. A few (if not several) of these may be suspended in development, but it always gives us a dirty thrill to bear witness to an information leak such as this. So, without further ado, here is the leak.
