Nintendo confirmed rumors of a new version of their previous console the Wii by announcing the Wii Mini today.The new console, which will be released on December 7, is only coming to Canada for the immediate future for $99.99. Rather than a disk tray, the console will have players load their disks in from the top-much like the GameCube. However, the Wii Mini won't have any backwards compatibility with GameCube games, nor will it have the ability to go online in any way.
