The latest round of rumors about the unannounced next gen Xbox from Microsoft has begun. This time, theverge.com has reported that "Multiple Sources" say there will be 2 different SKUs of the next Xbox. One model will be everything that you would expect from a next generation console. It will run the latest and greatest Triple-A titles in all their graphical magnificence. The second model will be much more affordable and geared towards casual gamers. This SKU won't be able to play the best games, but you can download plenty of content from the Xbox Live Arcade. It is also rumored that this model will be "always on" and can resume your game with minimal down time. Think of it more like a set top box or an Apple TV.

Very Interesting... I would care more if I were not buying the PS4.
ReplyDeleteYup! Not too interested in a non-next generation Xbox 720
